Is therapy for me?

Yes.

Therapy is for everyone.

Therapy can be accessed at any point by any one and while helpful for those that are having difficulties, therapy can also be useful as a means to reflect on and examine life events and navigate life challenges.

It can help you gain self awareness, understanding and empathy. Therapy can be a great aid in helping discover what you truly want from life and what it is that is really important to you.

It can be a place to let it all out, and expressing the feelings, thoughts and emotions that you hold back in everyday life.

If you are finding yourself stuck, we can work together to figure out what it is you are stuck on and how best to help you get free.

Counselling is a non-judgemental space where you can explore an issues you may have, your past experiences, your relationships with others and yourself, and to explore your life to help you understand, develop and grow as a person.

We will start with an initial session to assess what you want for counselling and how best we can work together. This gives us the chance to meet and discuss your needs. This initial session also lets us determine the length of the therapy based upon your requirements. This can be fixed (an agreed number of sessions) or ongoing. After the initial meeting we will usually meet weekly.

We can tailor the therapy to your needs and circumstances and offer online (Skype/FaceTime) and phone therapy.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask at anytime and to get in contact.
